Refund & Return Policy

At BeAliNawaz.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Certain types of items (e.g., custom-made products, digital downloads, perishable goods) may not be eligible for returns.


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at admin@bealinawaz.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again

  • Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)

  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at admin@bealinawaz.com


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at admin@bealinawaz.com.
